Heavy Duty Weigh Belt Feeder System, Model F53

The Saimo F53 Heavy Duty Weigh Belt Feeder System features a rugged stringer type frame to offer high accuracy and minimal downtime for the most stringent applications.

It accommodates flow rates up to 1200t/h and belt loadings up to 600kg/m.

Options:

• Open, semi closed or closed housing
• Fully sealed enclosure with head hood and tail discharge chute
• Self cleaning chain scraper conveyor
• Drive motor style: coupler, chain transmission or shaft mount
• Flow/no-flow detector, run off switches, safety pull switch and plugged chute detector

• Capacity range: 400t/h to 1200t/h
• Accuracy: ±0.5%, on approved applications
• Belt width: 1400mm, 1600mm, 1800mm, 2000mm
• Endless corrugated edged rubber belt or other applicable belt
• Weighbridge directly supported by dual load cells
• Digital speed sensor, directly coupled to the conveyor tail pulley
